Can you review my story good and well so that I can cut out the cliche parts?

I think it was really good! I guess it would be a "tragic hero" story. Maybe halfway through the book, you can show how he doesn't wanna give his life up and he loses faith but then his love interest shows up (i dunno how) and helps him get his confidence back. I think it's interesting, and you should write more! :)
