I need somethin to surprise our boyfriends?

my best friend and I are going out with 2 boys, who are also eachothers best friends. and they went on a trip to the beach for the week, and we really want to do something cute for them when they get back. when i got back from a weeklong trip to AZ, he was sittin on my front lawn, in the freezing cold, with a sign that says WELCOME HOME. so we need a good idea for them. HELP ??
