Does anyone know why this is happening?

This happens to me too, so I went in for a sleep disorder test and they said I have bad sleeping patterns, so they prescribed a C-pap machine for me which helps....A C-pap machine is just a machine that pumps oxygen too your nose, while you sleep wearing an oxygen mask. hope this works for you..
