Looking for a landmark Canadian case re: CN Rail crash?

I know there are several cases regarding the penger train crash in Hinton, AB in the '60s, the most famous involving politician Martin Peterson. However, I'm looking for the case in which a mother of a victim claimed "infliction of mental distress" (not sure of terminology here) when her son was cremated without her knowledge and his ashes delivered to her by a courier company or Canada Post. She failed in her bid to get the rail company to pay. I'm sure I read this case while in paralegal training, but I can't find it now. Can any old Canadian paralegals / lawyers help? Thank you for any leads you can provide.
