Is there a constitutional right to make a living?
Okay, where I work, we were shut down for not having a 2hr fire wall between a f1 rated area and an a3 rated area. We have been trying to comply with the fire marshals needs, but he is being very uncooperative. We've been hearing from a bunch of people that they are violating our right to make a living, but we can't find really anything about it that states it. We were told we fall under this because it's our only source of income, any ideas where this right is mentioned? Any help would be appreciated because this is about a month we've been shut down, and still no cooperation from this marshal.
