Paypal keeping seller's money?

Its the reason i stopped using Ebay and paypal.I was selling stuff and sending it honestly and i made the mistake of not sending an item recorded and some d*ckhead from Belgium put a claim in saying he never received the item i was furious.So paypal and ebay demanded that they wanted the money back and even went through a debt collection agency i refused to pay because i know i sent the item.So i just stopped using Ebay and paypal because theres too many dishonest people out there willing to rip you off at any opportunity.
