Did the Government acted sensibly on Mickey Mouse Mexican IDs ?

They do not deserve any cards issued here in the US States if they are here illegally. They do not deserve to have bank accounts either. Why, so it would make it easier to send money back to their families? The only ID they deserve is if they are caught and sent to prison and they are issued a prison ID card. Then, they should be deported!
