How do I contact Michael Phelps, his agent or manager?

Our small community is in dire need of help with our pool. We are at risk of losing the only indoor pool that services our local swim club, our high school, middle school, YMCA, Underwater Sheriff's Recovery Team training, and SHARKS (handicapped swimmers), and we need some help! We have exhausted all options and I are now wanting to turn to a "higher power" (Phelps) for some help....any istance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
