Check to see exactly where the blood is coming from with your fingers if you want to find out where your is. Where your urine comes out is way too small to fit a tampon or even a finger, so I wouldnt worry about going in there accidentally. If your hymen is intact it may hurt, and the first few times you try to wear a tampon that may hurt too if you dont push them in far enough. Slim tampons are good. Just make sure to push it in far enough.
