use the identity tan [ Θ - ß] = { tan Θ - tan ß} / [ 1 + tan Θ tan ß]...arccos [√3 / 2 ] = { you should know} π/6 and arcsin[ -3/5] is the angle ociated with the point (4,-3) and from that you should be able to compute the tangent....now you can work these.
