Is it normal to have bleeding in the middle of a bc pack when you have purposely skipped a period for 3-4 mont?

I skipped because of events going on and am going to have my period at the end of this pack. But i started bleeding in the middle and am worried it will mess my cycle up. Will i still get my period when i take the placebos? Is this just breakthrough bleeding?
