Is it true St. Patrick's day in Savannah gets really wild in the streets? Alchohol, flashing for beads, etc.?

I'm planning to go with my friends this year, we're all LSU chicks so we're used to party in Mardi Gr. We want to visit this party in Savannah since we've heard that it is a little version of Mardi Gr. Are there any alchohol in the streets? Are there wild stuff as flashing for beads? Wet T-shirts? Contests such as that? I've heard that in the parade there are not things like that, but maybe you can recommend us a night club or a night party where things like these, take place. Than youuuu
