Job concerns, offers, nothing fits right, need your opinion?

Another job offer, it's in San Francisco, I live about 40-mins. by BART or driving- parking is exp. cost -$300-$400/mo. Hrs-9:30-6pm, won't get hm till 7pm. Concerns, offer good but would have to share front desk w/another girl who wks 6am-2:30pm, I don't like that, she's out of college, I have 20 yrs exp.,My fear, we will be compared, I don't want to be compared to anyone esle. Another concern, HR told me that some of the people that work there will come up to the front desk to complain about they way they answer the phone, work, etc., I really don't want to be in an enviornement where I'll be picked on, just came from an office that did just that. I don't know what's wrong with me, I just can't seem to connect with any job interview/offer-5 so far-turned them down, are these fears real or something else? How do you deal with difficult co-wkrs, high-up's, can't get away from them.Friend just got a $2./an hr. raise for almost quitting job. What I'm I doing wrong? HowDoYouSucceed?
