Kind of a question about "loud, bright toys"?

I am not concerned with that, Im sure it has helped add onto hyperactivity a tiny bit but as a mom of twins I needed those bright loud toys to keep them entertained from time to time. Im not saying its great to use them all the time because yeah they do need momma play time. But being happily entertained playing independantly is a great thing! I think the problem lies in mothers using these toys as teachers instead of teaching themselves. A mother can even get down on the floor and play with them in there things. I love it when my kids are happy and if a toy makes them so....so be it! I don't let them watch tv, and shoot kids so young get so much of their learning out of play...I really don't see what the harm is!
