Should I call her and ask how she's been?

Ok so about 3 months ago my ex left me for another guy but she recently broke up like a couple of days ago. I loved her a lot and I did suffer. But I still have some feelings for her and it's hard to forget about someone you truly loved. Should I call her or text her and say happy thanksgiving or something? I haven't talked to her in like 2 months at all. I remember she treated me so harshly when I was sad about it but that was like a little over 2 months ago. Do you think she missed me at all? If I call her or text her what do I say? Also I was with her for almost 2 years. I never knew why all this truly happened cause you can't wake up one day and just stop loving someone out of the blue. Please answer my questions. I'm 16 by the way. Thanks for the advice. :D
