Should i kiss him or wait for him to?

alright so i have kissed n made out before n it was fine like watevers but there is this guy n i like him alot n my friend dared me to kiss him n i was like yeah alright n he was actin dum like he didn't know i was going to n he was like well what was she talkin about? i'm like oh its a secret n he kept tellin me just tell me the secret come on come on... n usually when i kiss people i'm not like nervous or anything but i was nervous this time! i think its cuz i like him alot n i don't want to screw anything up... so i was just tellin him no no so finally i told him i will tell u half of my secret n i gave him a kiss on the cheek... he told my friend he wants to kiss me sooo bad but i think he wants for me to make the first move... should i kiss him or wait for him to kiss me?
