2 questions?

i hav 2 questions. first i always have bags under my eyes. i put lotion on them and they shrink a little bit but there still there and completly noticable. (you can tell that theyre there more when theres a lot of light in the room) does n e 1 no anything i can do to get rid of them?? and second, my face always turns red when people look at me or talk to me or when i get up in front of people. its not tht im embarresed or nervous or n e thing but thn it gets rly embarresing whn my face is bright red. i dont mind having people look at me or getting attention. does n e one no how to stop it from turning red or no anyways to make it stop? thx so much!!!
