Can social services force u into long term care?

hi me and my partner have had temporary care of my partners grandchildren because the 11 month old has an unexplained broken arm, the trouble is i have 3 young children 1 with adhd and one with autism the social services are not listening to me one of the children is also disabled and has been hitting and biting my kids im telling them i cant cope and they just carry on talking its terrible plus im going in for an hysterectomy soon i dont think there being fair please can someone help
