Wut do u think? does he have the worst timing with messing with me , or the best?

theres this guy i've know since last october. we meet at this amument park but he was with his gf at the time. not to long after i meet him he and her had to break up. so me and him started talkin. we've talked all since then i , and i started to LOVE him. we wernt going to go out untill this august when he turns 16, so we can see each other more. 3 or 4 weeks ago i happened to see him at the mall with his old gf he broke up with last like october. apperntly hes goin bac out with her. it killed me sooo badly i decided to just forget him and his name all togther. this weekend i had FINNALLY gotten him off my mind. i never thought about him anymore. i never cried about him bascially killing me inside anymore. he was just gone. then this weekend i was at the lake just sittin there when my phone rings. it was him. hes like ya blah blah blah, then hes like ya i've really missed talking to you. (it was really sweet but idk) what should i do? and should i call him 2 night? what should i do??
