Would plan b make may period late the second month after taking it?

ok so back in dec i had to take the morning after pill and in jan i got my period right on time but it was a lot lighter than usual and now its feb and im late but i took a pregnancy test and it said no but it was only one day after my missed period it this normal or should i tak another test?
